Philippians 3:14 (ERV)
14 "I keep running hard toward the finish line to get the prize that is mine because God has called me through Christ Jesus to life up there in heaven."
We just finished a trip to Illinois, and I was truly blessed to get the opportunity to encourage so many of my friends while we were there. Mike Manzi, Danny Sanders and myself teamed up with David Haulbower to share through music and the Word of God. Each service had its own unique signature of the hand of God on it.
We held two services on Sunday at Abundant Life Church in Murphysboro, Illinois. We were grateful to get to be with our friends. God always shows up, even in difficult times like the ones that we are experiencing in the shadows of attacks that bombard the body of Christ.
Monday evening we were at the Webber’s house in Sparta, Illinois, and you could feel the anticipation that filled the room that night. The house was packed and the anointing was powerful as we witnessed once again the love that God has for these places in Illinois.
Thursday and Friday evening were in Steeleville, Illinois for a prayer meeting on Thursday and a banquet on Friday.
This was our first time with these wonderful people and they are looking for us to come back as soon as possible.
Dear, Father, my heart is overwhelmed with excitement to see people that are truly hungry for Your presence. I am running this race clear to the end. I pray for those that are walking on the road even though it may get rough at times. I ask that You keep them safe from harm's way. In Jesus name, Amen.
Blessings on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
