John 3:16-17
16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
17 "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him."
When I was young boy I could not understand why they would say that the Friday they crucified a man would be called “Good Friday.” Jesus was more than just a man, He was a righteous man. A man they could not find any fault in. He was the perfect sacrifice to make an exchange in order to ransom mankind back into fellowship with the Father. So with His sacrifice we have been set free. That makes it a Good Friday.
My prayer today is that you will have a revelation of why this is indeed Good Friday. In Jesus's name, Amen
Update: We are in Indianapols with Pastor Eugene getting things ready for the races at the end of May. Keep us in prayer as we prepare to get back in the race. The price Jesus paid makes the doors fly open. We are happy to be here getting three showers installed in the basement. This has been a dream of mine for years.
Tonight we will be holding services here at the church, and then we will be heading home in the morning to be with family and friends for Easter.
Blessings on the journey, and remember the best is yet to come.
