I Will Trust in You

May 3, 2021

Psalm 46:1-2 (KJV)

1 "God is my Refuge and God is my strength

A very present help in trouble

2 "Therefore I will not fear

Though the earth be removed

And though the mountains

Be carried into the midst of the sea"

This song by the group Selah has always been one of my favorite songs of worship. When I look back over my life, I can see all the times that I would hide in the shadow of the Most High God as He protected me from harms way.

"You Are My Hiding Place"

"You are my hiding place

You always fill my heart

With songs of deliverance

Whenever I am afraid

I will trust in You

"I will trust in You

Let the weak say I am strong

In the strength of the Lord"

Father, as we are getting prepared to go to our annual outreach at the Indianapolis 500 on Memorial Day weekend, I’m praying for Your guidance on how to meet the challenges that lay ahead of us as this event. I will trust in You for our strength comes through You. In Jesus's name I pray, Amen.

Blessings on the journey, and remember the the best is yet to come.
