Let the Redeemed Say So

November 19, 2020

Psalm 107:1-2 KJV

1 "O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

2 "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy."

I have been in contact with several friends in Honduras, Central America, and they have said that the conditions there are pretty bad with all of the flooding. Hurricane Lota has now become a tropical storm but is still dropping up to twelve more inches of rain for the day. They are saying that there is another hurricane starting to form which looks like it will come in about five days. One friend said that the rain stopped last night around midnight, and the sun is shinning in La Ceiba.

Listen to this praise report from Pastor Jaida: "Our street in front of our house is dry praise God. It usually takes 1 to 2 days for it to go down when it rains for just a half hour. We are living a miracle all over La Ceiba, the land opened its mouth and swallowed the waters.”

She sent me pictures showing that they are walking on dry land. She was so excited, and said that she just new that the best was yet to come.

Philippians 4:6-7 (ESV)

6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

7 "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Father, I am so blessed to see how You have extended Your hand of mercy towards those that You love in Honduras. We know that the devil meant this to harm them, but You turned it to the good. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Blessings on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
