Mark 1:2-4 (KJV)
2 "As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
3 "The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
4 "John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins."
I believe the times that we are living in right here, right now, are a mirrored reflection of the same as what the prophets spoke of before Jesus showed up on the scene the first time. God is sending His message through His children by the power of the Holy Spirit saying “prepare ye the way of the Lord."
We are being encouraged to raise up our voices in one accord and preach these same words today, “Make His path straight.“ For as sure as the Lord came and ushered in the Age of Grace, He has prepared a place for us in heaven and we will be with Him forever! Hallelujah! Shout unto the Lord all ye people that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Father, as our minds are being planted securely within Your presence. Our flesh is waging war against our souls to do what we know is wrong and not what is right. But our spirit man, for those who are born again and are filled with Your Spirit, have the promises that are being activated in us to engage in this conflict. So we shout unto You, Oh Lord, like the scripture says, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord. Make His paths straight.” In Jesus's name we pray, Amen and amen.
Blessings on the journey, and remember the best is yet to come.
