Psalm 145:18-20 (ESV)
18 “The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
19 "He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.
20 "The LORD watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.”
Update: We have completed our assignment in the City of Tela, and we are now heading into our last week here in the Country of Honduras. So much has happened that I don’t even know where to begin to telling you all the awesome things God is doing.
With each service we are involved with I can sense God's presence in a greater way. Sunday we held five services and it was so amazing. We witnessed many who have come to Christ for salvation, as well as reconciliations, and so much more.
Today was supernatural in the simple things, like having no time to order breakfast and the waiter set a plate down for me before I could order it. We thought that it was ordered by Nahum, a good friend of ours, but he had already ate his breakfast earlier before leaving to go to his church in La Cebia.
There are testimonies coming from the people that have been healed and delivered from spirits of darkness. We also got to go a service for the police and military in the police headquarters on Saturday night. I had dreams about the services that were scheduled out of town for us that night and felt very strongly about canceling them. The rain fell so hard where they were that a major bridge collapsed which could have stranded us there, or even done worse.
Father, I thank You for protecting us while we are here encouraging the people of Honduras to stand up strong for what they believe in. Thank You for Your gifts operating on behalf of our team. In Jesus's name, Amen.
Blessings on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
