Transformation: Part 5
October 23, 2020
2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
Have you ever noticed how people are reluctant to make any serious changes concerning their lives? People get stuck in a rut, and making those changes gives them a feeling of insecurity. It is important to know who you have become when you asked Christ in your life.
Paul said in Galatians 2:20 (KJV): "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."
Romans 12:1-2 (KJV)
12 "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Re-educating your mind to think God’s way helps in the transformation that proves what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
Father, thank You for setting up Your kingdom in the earth which gives us a purpose and an expected end. Thank You for filling us with a hope for our future. This world is going crazy, but You were not caught off guard as You are transforming us into the image of Your only son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Blessings on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
