Psalm 27:13-14 (TPT)
13 "Yet I totally trust you to rescue me one more time, so that I can see once again how good you are while I’m still alive!
14 "Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord.[a] Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you!"
I’ve heard many people say to me that they totally trust the Lord with all their heart, but ther actions don’t line up with their words. I love it when God proves to me over and over that He is on my side. I need to know that now, while I am still alive here on the earth.
Testimony: My daughter Jennifer was 18 months old when she had been bitten by a bug from Indonesia. They said that there was no antidote for her, and then they tried to prepare me for her soon coming death. I opened the Bible to the Book of James and started reading it out loud over her. The Word works. She will be 40 years old this December. Praise the Lord!
Psalm 27:14 (KJV)
14 "Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord."
Father, I pray that You give us the understanding of what you mean when You said, "Wait on the Lord," twice in this verse. I want to learn how to get wrapped up in Your presence, and grow in an awareness of how good You are to me. I trust You to deliver me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Blessings on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
