Psalm 37:4
4 “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
Psalm 126:2
2 “Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy.”
We used to sing this song “Oh Happy Day” all the time back in the day. When I think about it now I feel like I did when I received the best thing that ever happened to me. My life really made a complete turn around, and now I am on an adventure of a life time.

The disappointments in my life were exchanged for a joy that is unspeakable and full of His glory. Even in tight situations, I break out with songs of praise and His presence rushes in and floods my soul. Praise God. I was told that this was just a phase in my life and it would pass. Well, this has been on going for close to forty years and it’s only increased instead of decreased for me.
Thank You, Father, for this joy that is activated in my life whenever I come into Your presence, and then I get to witness to others about Your love for them. The life that goes from death to life is the greatest joy ever. In Jesus's name, Amen.
