You are My Hiding Place

May 6, 2021

Psalm 27:5 (KJV)

5 "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret place of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock."

These are the lyrics to "You Are My Hiding Place" by Selah.

"You are my hiding place

You always fill my heart

With songs of deliverance

Whenever I am afraid

I will trust in You

"I will trust in You

Let the weak say

I am strong

In the strength of the Lord"

This is the second time that this song has come up in my spirit in the last two weeks, and the Lord has brought it to my attention for us to pray. Several people have been in contact with me this week who have gone through some traumatic events in their lives recently. My heart goes out to them, and I am praying for them to be able to find the peace that only comes from a relationship with the Father, through His Son, Jesus, by the Holy Spirit.

For those of you who know how to pray, I ask that you lift up those that are hurting and feeling alone right now.

Father, we come to You now in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We ask You for a supernatural healing touch to come to those that are suffering in this moment. Holy Spirit, our Comforter, anoint us to sing songs that will bring deliverance. In Jesus's name, Amen.

Thank you for your compassion to pray for people today.

Blessing on the journey, and remember that the best is yet to come.
