Get On Board

October 19, 2021

"Get on board! And follow Jesus

Follow Him till your journey’s ends

It’s by the power of the Holy Spirit

That your life truly begins"

Hosea 10:12 (KJV)

12 "Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the Lord, till He come and rain righteousness upon you."

God is telling Israel, as well as speaking to us today, to break up the harden ground of our hearts. Plant some seeds of righteousness now, then we can reap mercy. You can do it your way if you like, but you can’t blame God for the troubles that you may find yourself in.

Testimony: one man in prison was angry because his brother in another unit had been badly beaten and sent to the infirmary. The chaplain spoke with him, and the man asked the chaplain to tell his brother to let it go and not retaliate. His choice could produce retribution or mercy. Mercy was the outcome.

Father, my prayer is for righteousness to prevail  in our hearts today.  We shall stand against injustice and we will walk in righteousness. We sow the seed now against those that have trespassed against us, and we rejoice in Your mercy that is new every morning.  We pray this in Jesus's name, Amen. -

"Get on board with the Lord

and receive the directions that are given by the Holy Spirit.

Don’t jump ship stay in the boat."

Blessings on the journey, and remember the best is yet to come.
